How can I choose the best Perfume?
Each unique body’s chemistry, age, lifestyle and other personal factors affect the body’s reaction to fragrance, blending them to a unique scent on every individual. Conversely, perfume smell differs on every individual. Perfume should therefore be purchased only after trying it on your own body by squirting some on the inside of your wrist and try to smell it after sometime, don’t try more than four fragrance at once, your nose may not differentiate the scent.
How can I get a longer lasting effect from my Perfume?
Fragrance is the ingredients used to make perfume and can range from flower and plant extracts to synthetically created molecules. Fragrance last longer on oily skin than dry skins, as dry skin absorbs more of the oil retaining the fragrance contained in perfume. For a long lasting effect, it is best to apply perfumes on pulse points, nape of the neck, elbows and behind the ear among others.
How can I best preserve my Perfume?
The way you store your perfume will make all the difference. It is best to store your perfume in a cool and dark place. Keep your perfume away from heat and direct light, as they can disturb the delicate balance of the fragrance and you should not store your perfume in the bathroom because fluctuating temperatures and humidity levels in the bathroom will degrade the fragrance much quicker.
